The Wild Rose Area Fire District is a fully volunteer fire department proudly serving central Wisconsin. With 40 active members and a Cadet Program for youth, we’re dedicated to protecting our community. Covering 75 square miles, we respond to emergencies, support local events, and provide fire safety education. Join us in making a difference and keeping Wild Rose safe!

Wild rose Fire Department History

Founded in 1904 as the Village of Wild Rose Fire Department, our service area has grown from one square mile to 75. In 2001, we became a Fire District, serving over 2,300 year-round residents and thousands more seasonal visitors. Our volunteers protect schools, healthcare facilities, and recreation areas. With 40 active members and 26 life members, we continue a proud tradition of service.
